Seven of my crewmates and I stayed at Paula’s for the 2025 Club Crew National Championships (dragonboat) which were held at Nathan Benderson park.

This place was the perfect base of operations in terms of accommodations and logistics to rest, prepare meals, clean up, and just chill in preparation for our upcoming races. It was a bonus to have the washer and dryer to get clean and fresh clothes throughout the competition.

The accommodations were as described; the kitchen was fully furnished to prepare and serve a variety of healthy meals. There was ample space to park our three cars.

Publix, Walmart, ATMs, gas stations, and other numerous restaurants were nearby. The airport (SRQ) is about 5-10 minutes away.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Paula’s place and will definitely be back for a longer trip!

Paula's home was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. It is up to date and everything worked as it should. The pool was great and there were lots of pool toys in the garage for the kids.
