Our stay in Anissa apartment was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, very nice and silent. I the neighborhood we found all the services we need (market, boulangeries, restaurant, metro, bus stops) and it is located in a good position too!! I really recommend this place!

Anissa is a great host. She was responsive before, during and after our stay. her apt is absolutely lovely and functional. It is very close to several metro stops, grocery stores less than 5 minutes away, restaurants and despite being in the city, it is very quiet and once you are inside you can't hear a thing. The blackout curtains were great as well. Her instructions were very clear and she was very accommodating. She always replied quickly to any questions I had during out stay. The apt was clean, bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure and washer and drier were easy to use. We were able to use the metro to all the attractions in Paris and we always felt very safe. I can't recommend this apt and this host enough. If you are thinking about renting this apt go ahead and do it because you won't be disappointed.

I loved Anissa’s place. Close to the metro, bio grocery store, a market and amazing Boulangerie. Very spacious for Paris standards with lots of storage for clothing. A full length mirror, (which seems to be a rarity in Paris airbnbs) and a large shower with great water pressure. All the cooking equipment I needed to make small meals as well. Anissa went above and beyond to communicate and when I shipped a package that got lost in the building, she went above and beyond to track it down for me. Would definitely stay again.

Really good communication, very kindly gave us an early check in which was much appreciated! The apartment is very spacious, much more room than you'd expect in Paris really. Close to metro stations and good cafes and Gare de l'Est which was great. A couple small tweaks would make it a 5 star, like replacing the old stained shower curtain and providing a few extra towels and wash cloths, having stronger wifi (sometimes cut out in the bedroom). We were able to do laundry which was helpful and the coffee machine was easy to use. Overall a really good place to stay!
