The host was a great communicator leading up to our stay. Access to the home was simple and instructions for our stay were clear. She was very helpful when I had questions about traffic, as I let her know we were traveling for our son’s liver transplant evaluation at UPMC.

There were a couple of things not pictured or described that posed problems for us with young children (steep stairs, no baby gates, and a steep drop off from the back yard.) The linens on the bed were of very poor quality and some kind of plastic material. A closet door was falling off its hinge and nearly fell on one of my kiddos, and I had to stop the toddler from picking at bubbling paint on a baseboard.

All that being said the neighborhood was lovely, the amenities of the swingset and grill out back, the game room, and the walkout garage with hockey net were awesome. Appliances all worked well, and the home worked for us for our stay. If you don’t have little ones or texture issues, this home would be great!

Natasha’s place was very nice and very comfortable. I definitely recommend booking and will book again in the future!

Great stay! The whole place is really clean and nice. Beds were comfy!
