Really spacious, quiet apartment with nice comfy beds and a modern kitchen with all necessary mod cons. Great location, with views across the gardens in Warrior Square, and to the sea beyond.

Great location, plenty of space for everyone to chill out very close to St Leonard’s train station so could park the car up and get on the train to Rye, Battle etc, skate park near by. We had a great time, thank you John

The master bedroom and living room have lovely views over the green & sea.
The apartment was more spacious than we were expecting and a bottle of wine and some essentials (butter, milk, bread) were provided which was a nice touch.
Very close to sea front and within 30 mins walk of Hastings Old Town. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely 3-night stay at John’s place - we were welcomed by John who shower us around, told us about the history of the building, and left us with some bread, wine, juice and some other essentials to get us started. The flat is much bigger in reality than the photos might suggest, lots of space for 4 of us and a small hound! Views from the lounge across Warrior Square lovely. Plenty of everything cooking equipment-wise. Good shower. Location great for the central streets of St Leonard’s, the seafront, the railway station and the Cactus Hound (cocktail bar) - all 5 mins away. Totally recommend the flat, total pleasure to be there and to have got to say hello John and meet his dog!
