We chose this AirBnB based off of location and if you are visiting Burbank to do tourist things (Universal Studios; Warner Bros etc) then getting to these places is easy and fast.

Unfortunately I missed the small paragraph that mentions the construction “next door”. When I mentioned it to the owner after a second day of being awoken to loud banging (on a attached duplex wall along with the home next door) she did politely show me where I missed it in the listing.

When I saw it read Mon-Sat I at least knew we would be able to sleep a tich later Sunday- no such luck. Table saws were running shortly after 8am Sunday morning. My point is the construction is very loud; quiet coffee time isn’t really an option, even conversations are hard to focus on and it’s very nerve racking.

Hopefully when this is done this space will feel a little more homey however currently the projects are very disruptive and loud.

The queen bed was not comfortable and the frame made noise with normal movement. Both my husband and I were afraid to move for fear of waking the other up.

Again the location was convenient and there’s lots to choose from for stores and food in the area. The listing was otherwise pretty accurate, minus the office space, that is a stretch but technically you could set up a small desk area but would need to ask for a chair from owners.
