We just had one issue that made our stay not as enjoyable.
Pros:
-big side parking space, clean and organized
-Backyard is huge. Grilling area along with covered area for dining.
-Host is very responsive
-Pet friendly property
Cons
-We booked this property as we wanted a property with a hot tub and one that was pet friendly. Unfortunately when we tried the hot tub the water was cold. We called Jim regarding the issue and he had someone come out that day to inspect. The person came to troubleshoot. Even after trouble shooting the hot tub, it was still not working. Jim made another call to another spa repair in town. 2 more guys came to take a look that same day. We were informed that the heating unit needed to be replaced and it would not be able to repaired until the next day. Unfortunately we were leaving the next day. We voiced our frustration to Jim as this was an amenity we were really looking forward to using. We were able to negotiate an agreement with Jim regarding the issue

Jim was such a pleasant host- this home was the perfect stay, clean and accurately represented. Jim was very responsive and accommodating- looking forward to booking here again

Jim was very kind and responsive! The place was roomy and cozy and had everything we needed to be comfortable! Would definitely recommend and will be back soon 😊
