This is an absolute joke. The unit was not ready for a booking that was for a month long and now I’m waiting 15 days to get my money back. Meanwhile Airbnb did nothing to secure another place and we had to borrow money to find another place as well as spend money on a hotel. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any Travel agency or service. A $200 coupon in exchange for a complete failure to provide us with an immediate refund and a place to stay. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!
Not only was the host not ready- Airbnb are not ready to respond to your needs when things fall completely apart!
