The apartment is really nice and location is great. I can recommend this apartment to anyone.

Everything was fine, minus having to wait 45mins outside the apartment for the keys. This despite being crystal clear about my ETA ahead of arrival. Time is the most precious commodity in our life and to me being late is very disrespectful. I hope the owners take this more serious going forward for anyone staying at their apartment. I appreciate that Andrea apologized ultimately.

Also, it would have been nice also to have some water in the apartment. Just a small improvement Input.
