amazing place to stay!

Everthing is ok except the toilet..
There is nothing there
I expected that I will found shampoo and shower stuff but nothing.
Home is so clean and comfortable and the owner is helpful.

This accommodation was a big negative surprise.
Short explanation:
The listing pictures of my room were misleading! Totally different furniture and some missing furniture in my room.
The room was dirty, lots of dust, dirt on the carpet, hairs in bed lining. Dirty shared bathroom.
It's a pity I can not share pictures here.
The explanation by host Erez was that they sold the house and sold the furniture from my room as well. But then the host should update the pictures asap! How long it will take, a few minutes?!

Longer explanation:
Missing shelf in build-in wardrobe/closet, shelf cabinet, plastic camping folding table instead of wooden one and totally different bed! Instead of a wooden bed with a proper mattress, as was on listing pictures, in reality, it was only an emergency folding bed with very uncomfortable (sponge) mattress.
The room was dirty, lots of dust, dirt on the carpet, hairs in bed lining. Dirty shared bathroom, its pity I can not share pictures here.
Adi answered that it is not possible to clean the shared bathroom every time. The bathroom was not cleaned for days and not for hours as she was tyring to explain.

I have to cancel the accommodation after the first night and asked Airbnb for assistance in this. They were very supportive and investigate the pictures I have provided.
The host was willing to refund me for the unused days but without the cleaning fee, in this situation, I have found it really ridiculous. I have got fully refunded by Airbnb.
