This is a beautiful and luxurious home that was perfect for our family vacation to Bend and the surrounding area! The place was beautiful and extremely clean; I would recommend this place to anyone.

The home was more spacious than it looked in the photos, so it was a great place to spend the weekend for 6 adults. The area is south of Bend, but it is beautiful and the river trail that is walking distance is a must as it is pretty and unique!

The critiques we have is that the description when booking the Airbnb does not clearly state that you can't use the hot tub after 10:00pm. The host makes this very clear with ample signage in the house and with messages the day before that is included with the check-in instructions. So, it was frustrating to not know ahead of time when we paid a lot of money to stay here and utilize the amenities.

Additionally, there is a camera that monitors you while on the patio and it faces into the master bedroom. So, I would recommend people use the blinds so that the camera isn't visible from the master bedroom.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property, but have a few critiques to make it a more welcoming place to stay.
