This is a lovely place to stay for the money. However, the facility puts out so many chairs that you can’t get a good spot at the beach.

Overall:
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others. The unit was as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Positives:
• Great location across from Henderson State Park (15-minute walk).
• The unit matched the photos and was in good condition.
• The heated jacuzzi and pool were nice since the other pools were too cold in October, though often crowded.
• Friendly staff and security patrolled regularly.
• Beach toys were provided and appreciated.

Needs Improvement:
• The grounds and amenities show noticeable wear and need updates.
• Towels and washcloths were rough—bring your own.
• Beach chairs and umbrellas were rusted; use with caution.
• The master bathroom ceiling had mold that was painted over and needs proper treatment.
• The patio wasn’t cleaned, so we didn’t use it.
• Check-in (4 PM) and check-out (10 AM) times were strict; early check-in was not allowed.

The room was fine. The ease of walking to the pool and the beach was the best part. The white sand beach and emerald waters were so beautiful. Sunrises and sunsets were picturesque. There’s a pull out couch in the living room.

The condo was stunning!
Beautifully decorated and updated. Clean and easy location. Great view of the beach. 10/10 recommend. Owners were very responsive and friendly by text.
The only complaint (which isn’t really a complaint) was that they didn’t allow early check in.
