At first, I was a bit worried about whether the reviews were genuine, but the many great aspects of the room were just like in the photos on the website. The decor is relatively new and there were no issues at all. The host was extremely friendly, and the bathroom was truly clean. Although it’s a guesthouse, it felt as if someone was cleaning it all the time.

Amy and her mom were very friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The house is nice, big, and in a neighborhood away from main streets. The price was great for the location. I really enjoyed talking to Amy’s mom. She is a great conversationalist.
The only thing was that the bed was extremely firm and the pillow was not soft. I ended up not staying the night because I couldn’t sleep. Amy and her mom were very apologetic and understanding that everyone has different needs, so I appreciated that a lot.
Besides that, it was a good experience.

What you see is what you get, and that is exactly what I needed/wanted for this trip. Amy and her mom (Mary) were very accommodating about what ended up being a late check-in, and I cannot say enough about how CLEAN their home is. Wow. I am pretty picky, but I found absolutely no fault in the housekeeping here. I would def stay again.
