Good place for a good price

The house has been transformed into a motel of sorts. Theres no living room, all the rooms have been converted into bedrooms. The initial room I had was very old and dated with plastic plants and old mismatching furniture. The only clean and fresh things were the bed sheets. The door to the room felt flimsy. It was also next to the garage and the water heater in the garage was old so it made a lot of knocking and popping noises whenever it was running. Unfortunately it ran for two hours when I was trying to sleep. The owner luckily had an available room down the hall and switched me after I complained. It didn’t have its own sink but at least it was quiet and i could get a little sleep. The house also felt a bit eerie, it was dead silent most of the time but I would hear occasional noises from other people in the house (who I never saw) and of course the noise from water heater. Finally, the neighborhood looks fantastic except for this house, it’s run down and the yard is a mess.
