Curated and Airbnb did not take into account that there was a hurricane. They refused to cancel and jeopardized the safety of the group. I called ahead of time to explain how concerned we were given the state of emergency declared by the governor in North Carolina. I brought up the fact that the hurricane was scheduled to hit Asheville while we were scheduled to be there. None of these safety concerns were adequately addressed prior to us arriving. It was extremely unprofessional.

I reported multiple issues in real time as they were occurring. Curated was slow to respond. Nobody was sent to help deal with the issues while they were occurring and offered no viable solutions. It was suggested that we put towels down to help deal with the water that was flowing into the house. It was a joke.

We had to check out early. There was ankle deep water in the house, multiple sink holes on the property, no power and a tree fell on the house. Your companies should be ashamed.

We had a great time until the hurricane struck. Thankfully there were neighbors and fellow camps that had saws because fallen trees blocked the road out. The house was beautiful and clean. Only suggestion would be a box for the Tv upstairs, a light in the microwave and outside lights toward where cars are parked. Very dark at night.We couldn't use the upstairs Tv.

We had a great bachelorette at this beautiful house! It had beautiful decor, lots of living space, and we would recommend for any large group!
