I certainly do not recommend this place, it’s been clear for us that the owner is only looking to make a quick buck as they never respond to your messages. The Wifi simply doesn’t work, the bunk beds are so flimsy that my roommate had to move the mattress to the floor, not only were we not provided blankets during fall but the thin sheets that we were provided were dirty and had bloodstains on them. Furthermore, the gap between the AC unit and the wall isn’t isolated and lets in cold air freely enter the room. Please also take note that there’s only 1 bathroom in a house that welcomes in up to 16 guests in 5 rooms (no warning on this part). Generally, the place wasn’t clean and it was visible that there’s not much care put into the presentation. Will definitely not recommend.

Really close to sub station and grocery store. Its safe more than I thought after sunset.
