Fred and Julie were very responsive host. Could not ask for better.

2nd time I’ve stayed here. Many times to this neighborhood and this place is the best of all I’ve rented. Beautiful home and well maintained. I absolutely love it and will definitely be back.

we enjoyed very much, peaceful neighborhood but a back yard fence will be awesome for privacy.

Overall experience was pretty good. Interior of the unit was nicely furnished, comfortable, and accommodating. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped but remember to bring basket coffee filters for provided coffee maker. (Enjoy some spices we left by accident!) Back patio area a bit disappointing not matching the appeal of the interior. Deck/cement pad and some patio chairs quite weathered. Host acknowledge that and mentioned it will be improved in next few months. Cabana Club access was appreciated but a good walk if up to it...just be aware that they restrict ANY liquids being brought in...even water. Pool was quite refreshing and private beach access was convenient. Be aware that boat ramp usage will be $20 -$25 each time to use to launch or retrieve your vessel. Host was generally responsive when needed.
