It’s the landlord special. Do not stay here.. The place that we usually stay at was booked so we decided to give this place a try. We were skeptical at first and this place proved us right. The instructions to enter the place were clear and it seemed like a nice neighborhood. However, when we went inside, we noticed that there was dog hair everywhere especially under the couch, the bathrooms were dirty, and the stove didn’t work. There were also termites on the kitchen counter and dining table. The furniture in the rooms were broken. The mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The bed frames had wheels on them so we kept constantly moving at night everytime we moved. The baseboards around the house were so dusty. Overall, we will never stay here again. The house seems cheaply renovated and whoever is “cleaning” the house is doing a poor job.

Very conveniently located close to Disney attractions, food, and grocery stores. Easy to get to as well. The three bedrooms allowed privacy and the 6 beds allows for many people to enjoy the spot. The large comfy couch was great to relax in to watch tv and chill. The yard was large and private and neighbors were friendly. I would go back for sure it’s a great deal, but unless the host changes how the house is stocked you’ll want to bring your own shampoo/shower stuff, there was no coffee pot or toaster, and you’ll need to reference the listing for checkout instructions because there is no welcome book. The floors were a little dirty and there were sugar ants (a normal Florida thing) so put your food in air tight containers or the fridge. Overall great house I would stay again.

La residencia lucia sucia, tuve q limpiar los baños, microondas, cocina y ambos baños. El aire nunca funcionó como lo esperábamos y tuvimos calor. No la pasamos bien pero nos hizo un late check out. No vuelvo

The place feels like a quick flip. There's holes in the wall in the master bathroom that are poorly patched. There's a door that was closed off with a piece of plywood and painted over. The master bathroom shower has grout all over the tile as though the person who tiled it didn't clean the excess off. After a day of rain outside there was water under the flooring in the master bathroom. The flooring in the kitchen and living room has severe water damage. There are several transition strips missing in the flooring. The guest bathroom tub is painted poorly. There is a cabinet full of grocery bags in the kitchen. There's no bowls or baking sheets in the kitchen (there are baking sheets now as we bought some). There were no wash clothes (again, there are now because we bought them and left them there). There's no dishwasher tabs and there's standing water in the dishwasher. It just felt like it was slapped together last minute.
