Jannar 2024Front Desk sent a message on the day of check in, as I was traveling to the airport with my party, saying the company was permanently closed and they would not be able to host us. They instructed me to cancel the booking, which I did not do. AirBnB was incredibly helpful in getting the issue resolved and a refund issued.

Jannar 2024My wife and I booked with Frontdesk while on our honeymoon. Right as we pulled into the parking garage to check in, we received a message from Frontdesk cancelling our reservation. Then they proceeded to try and get us to be the ones to cancel the reservation on the Airbnb app so that we wouldn’t get a full refund and so that they wouldn’t get penalized. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and did not communicate with us. I will never book with Frontdesk again and hope that nobody else does either because nobody deserves to receive the treatment my wife and I received.

Jannar 2024Sadly, we ran into several issues while staying here. First, the listing does have lengthy instructions however we still struggled to get inside the apartment. Once we did get inside, the listing looked like the pictures but a little nicer online than in person. We saw cockroaches under the sink in the kitchen and the space looked spot cleaned and not deep cleaned. We took an Uber down to 4th street live and when we headed back around midnight we heard some gun shots. Our Uber driver went on through the red light and assumed it was just in that specific area. Once we arrived back outside the apartment we continued to hear gun shots and there were several drive bys throughout the night. We couldn’t get inside the apartment fast enough. We didn’t sleep a wink because all we heard were gun shots and it was too unsafe to risk leaving. I highly DO NOT recommend staying in this apartment or in this area. We have stayed in several Airbnb’s over the years and this was by far the worst.
