This place was just perfect for my husband and our family friend. We were in Santa Barbara for a quick wedding but took advantage and spent some time in downtown SB. We were able to walk to some locations for coffee and groceries. We had one parking spot assigned to us. The house was clean and roomy enough for us. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again!
