We spent the weekend at this house and it was simply magical. The home is tucked away in the forest, very cozy and authentic, with a true nature vibe. Inside it was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The check-in was easy with clear instructions from the hosts.

Highlights: the peace and quiet, an evening campfire, and the blueberry farm nearby - it all felt like something out of a movie. A perfect place to recharge and escape the city. We would love to come back.

We loved our stay at Bernadine’s place! The house was clean, comfy and roomy, the hot tub was a huge hit and there was plenty of seating inside and out. I was especially impressed with the upstairs bathroom layout, instead of a conventional jack and jill, with all of the fixtures in one room with two doors, there was a self-contained half bath off each bedroom, each with a door opening into a separate room containing the tub. What a great design! The farm was charming and peaceful and I adored the reproduction stove in the kitchen. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll be thrilled to stay there again.

If you want privacy and the feel of an old style Michigan farm house this place is a find. The hot tub was a nice touch too and we had a great time taking my mother to visit family.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the adjacent areas had to offer! The proximity to the Blueberry farm, Kal-Haven trail, and access to the hot tub were added highlights!
