Joseph's place is great for younger people that like incense, a rustic type bungalow, and a beautiful view. The Hawaiian theme was achieved. The flooring was nicely done. The bathroom was clean, and surfaces were clean. A few updates needed in the kitchen, such as garbage disposal and under the sink. Suggest vinyl furniture as opposed to fabric for easier sanitizing, new sheets, towels, wash cloths, hand towels, a coffee pot, new bed pillows, comforters and blankets for the couch are also encouraged. Yard cleanup would also add to the esthetics of the place. Joseph was easy to talk with and helped us out when we needed him. Joseph's place was not for us, but others may find it just right! It is close to shopping, has hiking opportunities, a beautiful sunset, a partial waterview and city lights. The layout was nice. It was backed away from the road and had free parking! The property was fenced front and backyard. If you have dogs, there are a lot of cats.
