I stayed here in July, and overall, it was a good value for the price. The space is located on the upper floor of a house with its own private back entrance, which gives it a good amount of privacy. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for solo travelers, especially at night—the entrance is accessed through an alley, and I had a hard time finding it when returning after dark, which felt a bit unsettling.

Because it was summer, there were quite a few tiny ants throughout the space—on the bed, in the sink, shower, and kitchen. It wasn’t ideal, but I understand that can be a seasonal issue.

That said, the host was absolutely wonderful—very kind, responsive, and accommodating, especially with my request for a late checkout. If you’re traveling with someone and don’t mind the quirks, it’s a solid budget-friendly option.

A beautiful home, it makes you feel at home and also lovely neighbourhood, close to the highway and thus to many popular places/attractions.
Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location to all main points of interest in Tampa. Fact that it had washer and dryer was a big plus.
