This place is absolutely adorable! Overall it's a great central location for any visit to Cape Cod. The cabin was very neat and cozy and it's a beautiful property with outdoor spaces for each cabin and the hosts were very helpful.

There are two other cabins on the property that can be rented which is great if you are traveling with others but would like separate lodging. We would definitely rent one or more of these cabins the next time we go to the Cape to visit our relatives.

We had a wonderful experience at Dan, Kathleen, and Joe’s place. They were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We had to make some last-minute changes due to a nor’easter, and they were incredibly accommodating. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and felt just like home. A great place to stay and highly recommended.

Second time staying at the property. Jelly House this time and it didn’t disappoint. Spacious and clean. Boat House was spectacular two yrs ago. Quiet property and centrally located. Area on our patio for bikes was a plus.
Always a great wknd for Yarmouth seaside festival. Easy check in, Joe is a great host and knowledgable on the area.

the pink cottage is a cozy oasis with a beautiful fire to warm you up on a chilly fall weekend. we wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back!
