Très bon plan pour passer quelques jours à Montréal. Le quartier est central, la maison d’origine est jolie mais la transformation en hôtel manque un peu de charme. Pratique néanmoins. Attention pas d’ascenseur si vous avez des bagages lourds, monter au 3e étage peut se révéler sportif.
Le ménage avait été fait de façon approximative. La sdb était propre mais la penderie contenait des déchets du précédent occupant. Les vitres étaient assez sales aussi. Pas rédhibitoire mais dommage. Problème rencontré avec la tv mais Dave a indiqué avoir remonté le pb pour y remédier.
Satisfait de mon séjour au global. Merci Dave.

Dave’s place was just as it looks in the pictures! So many restaurants and bars around and easily walkable to so many different neighborhoods! Check in was seamless and Dave was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Dave’s place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and in a super convenient location. It’s walking distance to Old Montreal with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Dave was very responsive and made our stay easy and pleasant!

My first time in Montreal and absolutely amazing stay at Dave’s place! So stylish, comfortable, safe and literally felt like home. The place matches the pictures perfectly and it’s 5 min walk to amazing Le Fountain park with a pond and squirrels and 15 min to Plateau area with lots of cafes. Very easy to get to the historical part of the city. The street where the place is located is so authentic and beautiful. And the room itself super clean and cozy. Thousand thanks to Dave for clear instructions and for being supportive during the whole process. I’ve already booked this place for my way back stay after travelling to other cities around Canada!
