Rental was difficult to find. I was not aware that this was a multi family stay. Very dark & I did not feel comfortable at all. The room is setup with a door that leads to another unit - joining rooms.
For a single person, I didn’t feel safe.

I booked this reservation on a whim hoping it would be beneficial since I had been delayed a day in my travels. I was surprised when I walked into the unit. Not sure what the cleaning fee or “cleaning crew” is used for when this place was severely lacking. Super dirty shower, appliances, and dishes/cutlery. Definitely was not expecting that and ultimately had to make best with the situation I was put in. “Adam” was super unresponsive after booking. And by unresponsive I mean almost 3 hours late on responding. And only appeared to respond after I got in touch with customer service. The lack of communication lead me to believe I was scammed. I booked another reservation only to hear back from “Adam” within minutes. And since it was so late in the evening, I was unable to back out on the second reservation/unable to get a refund. Not only am I out of the money for that reservation, but was severely disappointed with the reservation I was ultimately left with. 12/10 would not recommend.

This was a good stay in Pensacola. Very nice and cozy location. Everything was clean. I would definitely recommend Adam's place.
