Booked this place for a concert we were looking forward to. Host ghosted us. Got to Detroit with hopes we would hear from her. We did not. It was either sleep in the car or pay the exorbitant hotel rates that were sky high for the concert…we found a hotel that had a cancellation- we got lucky…but it still cost us. Lots of frustration, confusion and anxiety. Do not book this place…even if it were free…oh hell no…!

DO NOT BOOK!!! Ghosted and think this person is in trouble, or something. The host had good reviews until late December 2024. And then was not responding. I have reported but please do not try to book this.

DO NOT BOOK. Sarah completely ghosted us on our reservation. No communication, not a peep after booking the place 5 months in advance of our reserved stay. We were stuck in an unfamiliar city, hours from home with no where to go and no where to stay. I’ve never had such an awful experience with a host. Don’t take the risk on booking this and ending up stranded like we did.

I was not able to check in to the property due to the keys not being located in the lock box as described in check in instructions. The code to the lock box that was provided appeared to already have been put in the lock box and the keys were not present. Host did not reply when reaching out for assistance at all. When contacting the number provided I was told I had the wrong number. This left us trying to find another place to stay late at night. This is the worst experience I’ve had with an Airbnb.
