The place was very dated and felt like the cleaning staff did the bare minimum. Carpets had stains and were so old they were no longer cushioned, bathtub was darkened, toilet seat had hairs on it, curtains were ripped, the room felt very dark. I guess you get what you pay for but I was hoping for it to at least feel clean and kept up. The downstairs restaurant was nice to have although it was pricey for what it was. The breakfast was a la carte so you have to pay for each individual food item if you want anything. I was told parking would be $17/day but when I got there the gates were broken so I didn’t have to pay. This is literally just a Sheraton hotel. It probably would’ve been cheaper to book it through their hotel website. The extra cleaning fees from Airbnb obviously weren’t going towards what they were meant to. Overall safe quiet location and the Starbucks downstairs was nice to have.

Recommended stay the Hosts are professional and kind the stay was nice had some small issues but easily resolved without issue,hotel staff friendly and accommodating the location is easily found,clean area quite surroundings highly recommended to anyone for a quite family and or couple stay.

Would I stay again if I was needing the area, yes. Room service wasn't provided, although front desk said it would be. I didn't want it anyway, so not a big deal for us.

Pros: Nice pool, 24/7 check-in, quiet area, CVS vending machine inside, breakfast on site, if needed. Clean linens and room. Towels. Room got cold and temp was adjustable. More than one trash can. Great communication from host. Starbucks and restaurants within 10 minutes.

Cons: Not near Disney, 30-40 minutes away. $18/day parking- this added up and appeared to be miscalculated on the higher end for time we actually spent there. Shower head had mildew. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. One bed felt like it didn't fit boxspring and kept feeling unstable. Pillows are lacking filling and needed to be folded into thirds or half to feel supportive. Hotel halls were warm/hot. No vegan options available in restaurants/breakfast of hotel.
