Day1,the room AC wasnt working but the host claimed that it worked&disregard the issue& ignored my msg for A WEEK when I told him again it wasnt working. As a host,he didnt ensure a comfortable environment for the guest&being irresponsive to my msg.I had to keep msg him following up for the same thing.2nd week,the AC wasnt working in the living room either,ATP,the AC wasnt working in the ENTIRE UNIT throughout ENTIRE 2week STAY.The AC clearly had problem when I checked in&the host didn't do his best to help me with the situation. It could have been fixed/avoided if he acted on the issue when I first reported it.When he finally got someone to come check the AC,the guy said there was a problem with the AC&he would have to get some tools & come back again but he never did.The AC issue remained unresolved until the day I checked out.However the apt was indeed spacious&clean.I reported to airbnb, they came out with a favorable solution beyond my expectation.The customer service is top notch
