Appartement bien placé mais nécessite quelques rénovations et pensez à changer les coussins

For the price we paid for a night, it was terrible.

The apartment needs a lot of maintenance. The windows have no protection at all. I was very afraid to let my kids approach or be near the windows.

It was very hot inside. Impossible to sleep at night.

The apartment has no air conditioning but only a ventilator which is insufficient during summer.

L’appartement est bien situé, à proximité du port de Nice, ce qui est très pratique. En revanche, malgré ce bon emplacement, il est malheureusement très bruyant et surtout très chaud. L’absence de climatisation se fait vraiment sentir, et même avec le ventilateur fourni, la chaleur reste difficile à supporter.

Appartamento spazioso, non troppo pulito. Accettabile per passare poche notti. Host sempre disponibile e rapido nelle risposte.
