Belgian classics such as mussels and clams doused with a miscellany of flavours—I am particularly intrigued by Ostendaise, a lobster bisque and mushroom dressing— and Belgian Beef Tartar are standouts of Brussels Sprouts, which has also a Sentosa Cove outlet. With the choice of the Mussels and/or Clams assorted dish, fries are free-flow. A 1-for-1 draught beer and wine promotion goes on everyday until 7pm, so that with a meal might go up to $50.
