The food is great, but do yourself a favor and order it way ahead of time and take it to go. They are very nice, but I've gone there many times and they have the slowest service of any restaurant I've been to. (See my other recommendation for pho if you want to dine in the restaurant.)

Great place to warm up with Vietnamese soup and cuisine. They cater to all kinds of diets from Vegan to meat eaters.
