Customers have the option of going inside to order at the counter or ordering ahead of time from the app. During Covid, there is no dine in option, but there used to be and will hopefully be again when the pandemic is over. Order from the Bruegger's app, you'll get a free coffee and they do an excellent job of having it ready right on time and at the pick up station by the entry door, so you hardly have to go inside.

These authentic New York style bagels are a quick but delicious pick-up on your way to RIT or headed towards the Thruway. The breakfast sandwiches are hearty and satisfy the taste buds, my favorite of which is the Western.
