I love this spot for regular breakfast (Charlotte has some awesome Sunday Brunch scenes) any day but what is more is that is it right up against a lake and other shops. We go all the time to feed the ducks and turtles and walk around.

Excellent location for breakfast or brunch. Then you can walk off some of the calories at the lake.
