Uber cool spot to enjoy some drinks - can be a little fussy on the door in the evening but great place for a light lunch on the patio on a nice day.

High end bar in the Melia Hotel. Great place to see and be seen. Very trendy and fun!

Nice rooftop bar, very central. You don't need to book but try to avoid busy times, and go dressed smart.
