Wow. I had never had a personal training session before and now I fear I may be addicted and need to do this all the time. I was in LA for work - actually with Airbnb - and I wanted to try out a trainer. Shayla was amazing- perfect balance of upbeat and encouraging but also laid back and flexible. She researched an injury I had to make sure all the exercises accommodated me, and adapted in real time to my fitness level. I will be booking her the next time I'm in town and recommending her to all my friends traveling to LA!
